A 24”/A1 large format printer that delivers outstanding quality and an impressive return on investment. The imagePROGRAF iPF650 is built for high quality production in CAD/GIS environments.
Designed for practicality and usability The iPF650 is designed to fit comfortably into any CAD/GIS environment. The compact, slim line design and front access paper system means you can install the printer wherever you like – even flush against a wall. All operations including ink tank changing is carried out from the front so you never need to disrupt your office no matter where you decide to place the printer.
The large LCD control panel featuring graphic animations makes the printer quick and easy to get to grips with. Prints are automatically stacked and can be collected from a high capacity basket to prevent damage. There’s even a handy print timer to keep you informed of how long a job will take to complete.
High productivity Expect exceptional productivity with draft A1 prints available in just 30 seconds. Canon’s L-COA image processing technology and Gigabit Ethernet compatibility ensure stunning high-speed reproductions on everything from architectural plans to geographic information. “Hot-swap” ink tanks allow ink cartridges to be replaced during printing for maximum productivity.
Economical and efficient The built in accounting function allows you to track the cost per print and the overall cost of your printer and enables you to view the data through the printer driver or export it to a CSV file for use in your own files. In Economy mode the printer uses less ink - ideal when printing draft documents. Furthermore, Canon’s eMaintenance software automatically detects and manages mechanical problems and low ink levels and links directly to a Canon service centre for maximum uptime.
Exceptional quality & accuracy Canon’s 5 colour dye and pigment reactive ink system produces vivid colours and the sharpest, thinnest lines and the new magenta ink makes the red gamut even better. Precision is guaranteed with a range of accuracy of +/- 0.1% and a minimum line width of 0.02mm. Images are rendered at 2,400 x 1,200 dpi for maximum impact due to super fine print heads using 15,360 nozzles.
Built for demanding workflows The iPF650 is compatible with HP-GL/2 and HP-RTL and includes the ability to set palette and pen settings for the most demanding CAD workflows. As well as an HDI driver for AutoCAD and for Microsoft Office users, there is a plug-in to print in Word, Excel and PowerPoint directly from the application.
