Complex or commonly performed tasks can be transformed into one-touch-button simplicity by setting up personal workflows.

The C5000 range offers the crispest, most vibrant colour prints imaginable. Whether you’re printing in colour or black and white, the device offers 35 ppm output. Extensive media compatibility and a range of powerful finishing options ensure there are endless ways to enhance your communication.

Scanning speeds up to 100 ipm enables users to quickly and effortlessly scan to a multitude of destinations such as email, ftp, and shared folders. Or alternatively integrate into back office systems like Microsoft SharePoint™ via the optional iW360 software.
Support for flexible file formats - such as PDF, PDFa1b, OOXML, and searchable & compact PDF, enhances document usage possibilities, increasing productivity. Furthermore, Adobe Reader Extensions PDF enables scanned documents to be easily annotated and reviewed with Adobe Reader functionality - far more efficient than using slower paper-based workflows.
